The Société Parisienne d’Apports en Capital (SPAC – formerly FPN), is strategically shifting its activities towards the development of online hotel services that will generate a high value-add.

With this new roadmap, SPAC, which no longer holds any real estate assets, looks to initiate a new development cycle, and radically transform its economic model so that it can benefit from the growth opportunities offered by the online hotel sector.

Towards these ends, SPAC has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire, develop, and market an Artificial Intelligence (AI) hotel reservation platform. SPAC is also in discussions with other players in the sector with an eye towards establishing targeted partnerships.

SPAC will soon be convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to present this strategic change to its shareholders, with a view to ratifying the terms of this transformation and establishing new governance to carry out this ambitious project.

The terms, conditions, and closing of the acquisition of these assets will be subject to the performance of satisfactory due diligence and the prior approval of the SPAC Board of Directors.

La Société Parisienne d’Apports en Capital (SPAC – anciennement FPN), opère un virage stratégique de ses activités afin de développer des services hôteliers en ligne à forte valeur ajoutée.

A travers cette nouvelle feuille de route, la société SPAC, qui ne détient plus aucun actif immobilier, souhaite initier un nouveau cycle de développement et transformer radicalement son modèle économique afin de bénéficier des opportunités de croissance qu’offre le monde de l’hôtellerie en ligne.

A cette fin, la société SPAC est entrée en négociations exclusives pour l’acquisition, le développement, et la commercialisation d’une plateforme de réservation hôtelière basée sur l’Intelligence Artificielle (IA). SPAC est également en discussions avec d’autres acteurs du secteur afin de nouer des partenariats ciblés dans le domaine.

SPAC convoquera prochainement ses actionnaires lors d’une Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire afin de leur présenter ce changement stratégique, en vue d’entériner les modalités de cette transformation, ainsi que la mise en place d’une nouvelle gouvernance pour mener à bien ce projet ambitieux.

Les conditions et modalités ainsi que la conclusion de l’acquisition de ces actifs seront notamment soumises à la réalisation de due diligences satisfaisantes ainsi qu’à l’approbation préalable du Conseil d’administration de SPAC.
